Full Terms & Conditions EOFY Sale 2026
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Our End of Financial Year (EOFY) Sale commences on 26th May 2026 and ends on 23 June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. Sale prices for all applicable products and bundles are as marked online and in-store, no discount code needed. We are unable to apply the advertised sale pricing retrospectively to orders placed prior to the commencement of the EOFY Sale. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed and confirmed either online or in a TJM store during the promotional period. Our normal sales order conditions apply to any transactions during the sale period.
2. Offer applies only to:
- 20% OFF Canopies (Excludes Aeroklas Injecta, FlexiEssential, New Releases & Clearance Canopies).
- 20% OFF Bocar Trays & Bocar Tray Accessories
3. TJM’s standard freight charges apply to all items in the promotion. Freight costs will vary depending on the customer’s distance from TJM’s warehouse.
4. The cost of fitment is excluded from the promotion.
5. Any other discount codes or offers cannot be used in conjunction with the EOFY Sale Offer. Some items are limited in stock. Discounts are only available on the existing stock that we hold. Discounts apply only to available in-stock items. No backorders or rainchecks will be offered for sale items.
6. Store credits may be used as a payment method during the EOFY Sale once the promotion is live from 26 May 2026.
7. Due to the high volume of orders during the EOFY Sale, we may be unable to cancel, update or modify orders once they are placed. Please ensure your order details are correct prior to checkout. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
Unless required by applicable law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), items purchased during our EOFY Sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with details and images of the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, repair, replace or refund the item as appropriate.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee same-day despatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST on any business day given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period. Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and Couriers given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
